Excellent food! One of my boyfriend’s colleagues recommended this place to us, and now it’s one of our favorites. Some of the best food I’ve had in Austin. Everything is fresh and made from scratch. Highly recommended Chen’s!
5 stars for the pork leek noodle and the green onion pancake. You can't go wrong with any noodle dish because they make their own noodles and they are the best in town. Wonton soup is also good. Beef soup is classical Chinese style.
My favorite hand-cut Chinese noodle shop. Many dishes here you won't get anywhere else in town, and they're all delicious. Lamb noodle soups, mala noodle soup, and lamb skewers are some of my favorites.
This place is hands down the best noddle shop! The regular beef noodle soup is so delicious, and what I love is that the broth tastes so clean and refreshing. Also, they are very generous with their beef portions! My bf and I make the 30 min one-way trip just to come to eat here.
Every dish is perfection. The handmade noodles are thick and satisfying, and the flavors are rich and complex. The simple, low-key dining space is quaint and nostalgic. Nothing superfluous here, just good food made with care. Such a hidden gem.
